We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Shop Supervisor to oversee the operations of our three locations. If you have strong leadership skills and a background in the F&B industry, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Manage and streamline daily operations across three shop locations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage staff members to maintain high service standards and positive team morale.
  • Time Management: Ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and manage shift rotations effectively.
  • Reporting & Follow-up: Provide regular progress reports to management and ensure all operational issues are followed up on and resolved promptly.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Any Graduate.
  • Experience: Prior experience in the F&B (Food & Beverage) industry is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Proven leadership, strong reporting skills, and excellent follow-up abilities.
  • Age: Between 30 to 35 years old.
  • Gender: Male or Female.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary (Negotiable based on experience).
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Off-days: 4 days per month (Weekdays).
  • Additional Allowances: Ferry/Travel allowance + Overtime (OT) + Meal allowance.
  • Attendance Bonus: Provided for confirmed permanent staff.
  • Performance Bonus: Eligible after 3 months of permanent employment.
  • Salary Increment: Bi-annual salary reviews (twice per year).
