Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Document control, RFA, RFI
  • Review report, Schedule, progress (Daily, weekly)
  • Prepare documents for project Management support to PM
  • Good internal & external communication
  • Inspection with client and Handover process
  • Prepare weekly report, After meeting with client & internal meeting
  • Internal inspection for Sub-con (before, during & after installation)
  • Follow safety requirement & Control Sub-con
  • QA/QC Control for Installation
  • Request for site use material
  • Material control for Sub-Con
  • Daily planning meetings (Internal)
  • Monitor & contract Progress, material, quality
  • Weekly Internal meeting (present progress, Cotch up Progress)
  • Weekly meeting with Client
  • Site Overview (Quality, Progress, Manpower, Material, Safety, Store management, communication internal & External)

Job Requirements

  • Must have bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineering.
  • Age between (25 to 35) years old.
  • Minimum 5 years & above experience in civil engineering and building Projects.
  • Proficient in the use of computer aided design (CAD) software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), E-mail, Internet.
  • Construction Management and Plan
  • An ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good in personal skills and communication skills.
