Experience Required: 3-5 Years in Civil / EP
• Fluency in both English and Burmese
• Travel requirements: Ready for regional travels,
• Convince general villager house hold to use YM services and offer them financial support to buy electrical house hold appliances, for eg: Rice Cooker, Hot water kettle, Table Fan on EMI/Loan.
• Need to make proper documentation on stamp duty paper for return of the loan.
• Explain them the total consumption of the electrical appliances and the benefits which can be gained by them by using YM services.
• Explain benefits of pre-paid meter which is win-win initiative for both parties and ask them to order and install.
• KBZ pay bank app need to install in their mobile if have/support. So they can process payment via this app.
• Invite KBZ bank people after convincing them to register app and open account.
• Propose each house as per their existing or planned equipment for better use by selecting single or three phase line & smart meter.
• Check full village for small entrepreneur’s who are using or can use YM services in greater good for their business in terms of greater production with less time consumption along with excellent quality.
• Explain them if need to grow their business and earn more profit just by changing a little and which is renewable should not be a bad idea.
• Propose them connection as per their available/planned equipment like motor, cutting machine milling machine or some longyi factory.
• Explain them the ease of payment by KBZ pay and hassle-free operation, offer them financial help if they want to change the mode from old to modern technique of their existing business with proper documented EMI/Loan.
• Collect payment by cash or KBZ pay regularly on billing cycle as fixed.
