ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Cold calling people using a given phone directory or data leads from HO to sell products
• Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
• Deliver prepared sales talks that describe YOMA’s products and services, in order to persuade potential customers to use them.
• Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for YOMA’s products and services.
• Explain YOMA’s products, services and charges, and answer questions from customers.
• Obtain customer information such as name, address, business, their interested products and services from YOMA and collateral information.
• Also record above names, addresses, business, and reactions of prospects contacted.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
