Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for solar products and solutions.

  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying, pursuing, and securing opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential solar markets.

  • Oversee and approve site assessments, feasibility studies, and solution design to ensure optimal solar installations tailored to client requirements.

  • Lead customer relationship management efforts, ensuring excellent service delivery from initial engagement through post-installation support.

  • Coordinate with Engineering and Project teams to ensure timely preparation of detailed plans, schematics, and technical specifications.

  • Direct marketing, product launches, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and market share.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing strategic insights for business decision-making.

  • Manage and mentor a team of solar sales and technical staff, ensuring high performance and professional development.

  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry forums, and government/regulatory engagements.

  • Oversee field operations as required, including site visits, project inspections, and client consultations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in solar sales, project management, or renewable energy leadership roles.

  • Strong understanding of solar technologies, design, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and achieve business growth in competitive markets.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
