Job Description

• Design promotional & marketing materials and other video editing for Campaigns and Conferences, etc.
• Provide design support for each branch on Manulife brochures, event posters, seminar displayed x-stands, etc.
• Design monthly posters, leaflets to promote Advisors career and Field managers and higher.
• Coordinate project-based work: Digital Lead and manage lead initiatives across platforms
• Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives.
• Designing attractive key visuals and promotional videos for campaigns/conferences & seminars
• Manage internal communications (memos, newsletters, speeches, etc.,)
• Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team.
• Managing Facebook group and YouTube channel to make sure that it is updated, and information is widely reached to Insurance Advisors
• Doing payment and budgeting
• Operating other practices upon needed and implement improvements where necessary
• Assist in communication of strategies or message from senior leadership

• Bachelor’s degree holder (preferably in PR, Communication and Journalism)
• Certificate in business management and administration
• A minimum of 2 years experience in communications strategy development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Content writing experience for all media platforms
• Preferably from agency background
