MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY:

This position is responsible mainly on daily / weekly Treasury functions with connected banks, monitoring unreconciled cash out flow & inflow items and resolved timely with respective stakeholders.

Support Treasury manager on fund projecting and other treasury activities, such as AP monitoring.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Periodic reconciliation of cash inflow (i.e., premium) against the data generated based on policy recognition.
• Assist the Treasury manager on major cash outflow of invoices paid out, commission payments to sale force as well as other significant regular pay out such as T&E in maintaining efficient level of fund in respective bank accounts.  
• Responsible for interacting of assigned projects as well as account administration with existing banks and new bank.
• Active support to Controller team during monthly closing on treasury related activities.

Education & Qualification

• Possess at least a bachelor’s degree preferable in finance/ accounting or professional qualification (LCCI or passed some ACCA/CPA papers)

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in treasury and accounting. Candidates with experience in banking or insurance companies will be of added advantage.
• Basic knowledge in accounting and operational systems

Computer Proficiency/ Competencies Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word is required.
