RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle
•    Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions
•    Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
•    Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues
•    Accomplish engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed
•    Support the stakeholders and business teams in cooperation with IT teams
•    Work closely with management, project managers, and developers to prepare and maintain detailed technical documents for the applications
•    Have good Communication skills, the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is advantageous
•    To ensure that every code changes are documented, tested and observable.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

•    A recognized degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
•    Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
•    Have strong coding skill with MS.Net Core, MVC, Angular/React, HTML5, CSS, MSSQL, AZSQL, CosmosDB
•    Knowledge of Web server technologies (IIS, Apache, etc.).
•    Experience in SCM (Source Code Management) Platform such as Git, GitLab, GitHub
•    Familiarity with architectures, design patterns and microservice, CI/CD and High Availability
•    Detail-oriented
•    Ability to analyze the requirements, design and develop new features/applications as necessary
•    Willing to learn and adapt new technologies quickly
•    Able to work as a team as well as individually
•    Ability to speak English will be advantageous
•    Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
