  • Evaluating and reviewing the business processes.
  • Defining the process requirements to develop the system.
  • Conducting meetings and preparing presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Documenting the system requirements.
  • Effectively communicating to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Working closely with clients, system developers, and team members.
  • Gathering critical information from the system requirements meetings and producing useful reports/ documents for the system development.
  • Conducting the user training and preparing training materials.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Performing user acceptance testing.
  • Review the existing system features to update the system and implement new features.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Computer Science / Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information System / Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology / Any IT related Degree or Diploma.
  • Minimum 2/3 years of working experience in Business Analysis or System Development Field.
  • Ability to convince stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
