  • Suitable for techno-functional specialist with banking domain knowledge
  • Able to analyze technical and business requirements
  • Able to coordinate with vendors and business users throughout implementation and testing phases
  • Must have experience supporting in international core banking systems like Oracle Flexcube
  • Prepare business requirements and change request preparation
  • Assist on technical coding and implementation of products
  • Assist on technical and functional issues
  • To test and deliver the service request tickets by getting support from vendor
  • To solve and deliver the issue tickets by getting support from vendor
  • To report weekly ticket summary and status (To RO)
  • To create new products and functions/features in application
  • To debugging on Production environment
  • To review system guidelines and manuals for projects and assist on user training

Job Requirements

  • Computer Science or IT Engineering Graduate or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience Banking IT operations and Core Banking System application support
  • Certifications or Courses in the field of Banking, IT or Project Management
  • Banking functional knowledge and financial industry working experience is a must
  • Test plan preparation and test execution experience is required
  • Technical Skill: PLSQL, Procedure & Function, Technical skill of Oracle Flexcube, API Structure, Integration Third Party Vendors
  • Application Architecture: Architecture well known in all application related with Core Banking
  • Having Data Migration, Data Validation and Data Loading experience is a plus
  • Able to work on schedule and to deliver per plan activities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
