This position will be responsible for...

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and robust server-side applications using .NET Core and the MVC framework.
• Implement and optimize the repository design pattern for efficient data access and management.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team, guiding best practices and ensuring high-quality code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces on the server side using Razor syntax.
• Utilize React.js to create dynamic and efficient front-end components, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Take ownership of application support tasks, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and security best practices.

• Minimum 7+ years application development experience
• Degree in a technical or analytical field with preferred focus on Computer Science or Information Systems
• Preferably with good understanding of Banking or Life Insurance business & System
• Must have excellent analytical, technical, and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with colleagues at various levels of the organization.
• Ability to organize/manage multiple priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated team player. Must possess the ability to research and resolve issues independently while working across teams to acquire needed information.
• Excellent Core Java J2EE skills, Java Frameworks (i.e. Spring)/Microsoft.NET frameworks
• Experience developing SOA services (Rest)
• Experience with ExtJS/Angular JS/ReactJS.
• Demonstrated expertise in application support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical leadership to the development team.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
