Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Report to the business development manager to align on strategic direction.

  • Acquire the market-leading FMCG brand seller who requires your network and connections.

  • Develop sourcing plans, allocate resources, identify potential issues or threats, and develop contingency plans.

  • Provide market information to the marketing and product teams to identify the right products, new product lines, and categories.

  • Manage a portfolio of sellers through which you will represent yourself internally to achieve buy-in from internal stakeholders.

  • Consult or advise the sellers on developing their businesses on e-commerce and conduct performance reviews for top sellers on a monthly basis.

  • Handle special projects assigned seasonally and as and when the market requires.

  • Assortments from managed sellers. (growth, performance, distribution)

  • Provide updated on-site market analysis and knowledge at the category level.

  • Evaluate the seller's core competencies.

  • Assisting sellers to achieve defined operational goals.

  • Executing special projects successfully against the manager’s expectations.

  • Implement seller agreements and contracts by working with cross-functional stakeholders and the seller to reach an agreement on contract terms and conditions.

  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as the operations, finance, and marketing teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Background in FMCG industries, e-commerce, digital marketing, and sales is a strong plus.

  • Strong communication skills with internal and external.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must.

  • Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
