A Good Opportunity for ..

Request the rolling sales forecast report from each team leader to be submitted before the 1st day of each month.
Entry data (estimate sales, stock balance ,purchase)and calculate the Purchase Plan for next Two month at formatted program before 7th of the each month.
Print out the Purchase Plan and request to check and approved from Managing Director.
Prepare the Purchase order as per approval, request MD to sign and informed related Principle before 10th of every month.
If the sale volume is high and need additional order then prepare additional Purchase Order form.
The cover letter of purchase order should be included summary. The detail facts (unit price, Shipment date, shipping marks, mode of payment, required documents) should be attached at the next page.
Make sure the information is already received.
Register all the order. Reconcile when inventory in-house
