Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Partners Country HRD, Country Supply Chain Head and Country CFO, Country IT Head, Country Legal Head, Country PACS Head and Country Strategy Head and BIG Group Office COEs to deploy BIG Supply Chain and People vision across the country and plays a key role in establishing key metrics for achieving long term People, Capability, Performance and Efficiency strategies.
  • Supports transformational change via establishing new Way of Working in partnership with BIG GO Supply Chain COEs/ BIG GO Support Functions COEs/BIG People COEs to develop local policies, align programs, tools to impact Supply Chain function across markets.
  • Implement Organizational principles for benchmarking people efficiency, throughput, value contribution, front to back ratios, spans and layers across Supply Chain function and Finance, People, IT, Legal, PACS and Strategy teams.
  • Provides SBP support, advice and solutions as needed on people related matters to Country HRD and Country Supply Chain, and Country CFO, Country IT Head, Country Legal Head, Country PACS Head and Country Strategy Head on HR issues that surface in respective countries Supply Chain and Support Functions.
  •  Champions attracting, recruitment (including proactive recruitment), development and retention of key talent (including diverse talent) within the Country Supply Chain team and Finance, People, IT, Legal, PACS and Strategy to deliver business strategy and results in line with growth behaviors. Support the PDF process for the Supply Chain function and Support Functions in partnership with Country Talent & Development Team.
  • Works with Country HRD, Country Supply Chain Head, and Country CFO, Country HRD, Country IT Head, Country Legal Head, Country PACS Head Country Strategy Head and BIG Group Office People COEs to define, establish and implement BIG People priorities by identifying gaps & opportunities for respective countries and driving end-to-end solutions, monitoring and tracking to make change sustainable.
  • Network with industry specialists outside the Company in order to keep the pulse on current and future trends in the industry and share it with the internal team. Work with People COEs on optimizing the Supply Chain function and Finance, People, IT, Legal, PACS and Strategy teams.
  • Ability to influence other organizations within HR and across Supply Chain and Support Functions in order to influence prioritization, design, communication and implementation of Supply Chain policies, programs or projects.
  • Understand root cause of business issues, and design, develop and implement HR solutions to drive business growth.
  • Is aware of and understands global and regional trends in HR, talent, compensation, benefits, immigration, mobility and is able to easily identify implications for the Supply Chain group and assigned functions and the country.
  • Establish and implement People plan in line with long range strategic business plans for Supply Chain function and Support functions.
  • Leverages performance results to recommend transformational improvements needed for an agile ‘Organization of the Future’ with new Way of Working in the long term and partners Supply Chain COEs/ People COEs to develop local programs, projects to provide timely feedback to BIG GO Supply Chain COEs and BOG GO Support Function COEs on effectiveness and impact to business in the short term.
  • Facilitates development and change management for strategic transformation projects for Supply Chain function and Support functions through implementation of redesigned People HR strategies, programs, practices, policies & processes as applicable.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years related working experience in HR.
  • University/bachelor’s degree.
  • Master’s degree - Preferred.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment. Demonstrates the ability to make a complex concept appear to be simple and easy to understand.
  • Ability to make the right decisions in ambiguous situations where all data points are not necessarily connected based on situation analysis using statistical tools where big data is available.
  • Ability to work from strategy, through design and completed execution – demonstrates ability to manage complex programs and projects.
