We are looking for Supply Chain General Manager who can work at Sagaing Division.

• Leads and develops the supply chain team to ensure the strategy execution within Company.
• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
• Coordinates with business units for Sales and Operations Planning
• Determine key supply chain KPIs.
• Assist logistics process for inventory maintenance, delivery, and returns on products.
• Suggest solutions for process improvements.
• Identify logistic process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Train and evaluate others.
• Provide constructive feedback to management on supply chain planning.
• Advise and setup whole logistic strategy.
• Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team in supply chain planning
• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
• Understanding of principles of accounting and finance.
• Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds to identify problems and find solutions.
• Inventory management, forecasting, working capital planning, KPI settings.
• Achieves maximum levels of productivity, ensuring that the business benefits from the lowest possible cost and best value
• Ensures a safe working environment that continuously improves the Health and Safety of workers
• Introduces a culture of continuous improvement.

• Must have bachelor’s degree and prefer Diploma holders in related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in logistics & supply chain including 5 years’ experience in managerial role in multinational organizations.
• Knowledge of Boiler, Turbine and Automation will be advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO and SAP is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and English Language
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
