Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Provide end-user support for Windows 10, Microsoft Office, OneDrive, MacOS, printers, and Email systems
  • Address user queries and troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime and optimal productivity
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows and MacOS operating systems proficiently
  • Utilize ticketing tools to log, track, and manage support requests, ensuring timely resolution and thorough documentation
  • Manage DNS and DHCP services for network connectivity and address assignment
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops and laptops, and optimize system performance
  • Conduct regular system backups, updates, and patches to maintain system integrity and security standards
  • Manage inventory and perform preventative maintenance activities in collaboration with the ICT Infrastructure team
  • Respond to end-user support requests via the ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and software issues
  • Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as updates and patches
  • Backup critical systems and data as part of regular maintenance
  • Conduct system health checks and performance monitoring
  • Review and update documentation for support procedures and configurations
  • Available to work any shift in a 24/7 work environment
  • Manage the admin console and administrator access permission policies effectively to ensure optimal antivirus protection

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science or a related specialization with ICT Technical Diploma
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and software Installation
  • Proficiency in Windows 10, MacOS, Microsoft Office
  • Functional Competencies: ICT Infra technical such as Desktop / Laptop repair and maintenance / LAN Configuration / Hardware and Network Knowledge
  • Should be comfortable for 24/7 support
