• Implementing and maintaining appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of OSS / BSS operational management and development.
• Maintenance and development of existing systems.
• Maintaining effective documentation of existing and new systems.
• Systems monitoring for performance and availability.
• Training NOC and SOC staff on effective use of systems.
• Assist and contribute with the internal relevant department with the development of OSS operational strategy and performance.
• Service fulfilment – integration with NMS’s or Network Elements with use of scripts and API’s to activate service.
• Supporting User Acceptance Tests as well as any other tests performed during deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the internal relevant team.
• Prepare proper documents and reports related to system matters.
• Join required meeting and joint investigations.
• Ensure interworking of OSS applications to multiple network Element are connected (e.g. AAA, PTN, BSS, OSS) and all functions are working well (alarm sync, Speed Parameter data sync, configuration Management etc.)
• Troubleshoot system management, fault management, configuration management and performance management issues. Executing system health check & preventive maintenance task on different EMS/NMS.
• Fix the issue and provide suggested workaround solution.
• Outage handling and communication management with relevant stakeholders

• Strong domain knowledge in BSS/OSS Platforms and Applications with hands-on experience in supporting and managing CRM and Tools.
• Strong domain knowledge in FTTH Services.
• Should support and guide project from operation end
• Must have experiences in NMS systems and tools for ISP.
• Analytical skills to Analyze tickets and isolate the problem reported
• Should be able to mentor, guide and train to end users. 
• Must have positive attitude and mindset.
• Willing to learn new upcoming technologies.
• Must be team player also individual performer.
• Technical Degree or equivalent
• 3 years relevant experience
• Experience with Telecom Billing or other ERP Services.
• Experiences with NMS tools and systems.
• System administration experience in Linux and Window.
• Experience with DB Management Services.
• Experience in storage and backup systems.
• Must have experiences in basic IP routing and switching.
• Good understanding of networking principles.
• Good documentation skills.
• Good communication skills in English language.
• Experience in the following would be an advantage:

                        o ISP and OSS / BSS systems
                        o VMWare
