Work side by side with sales manager, logistics manager and account manager to maximise sales revenue by providing timely and solutions-oriented technical planning, pre-sales and post-sales support.
Assess deliverable needs, prepare a budget and schedule, and communicate resource requirements to management.
Assist the product research and development team (China) in supportive ways.
Actively monitoring the quality control and product development process
Giving guidance to ensure that the Systems Engineers/ Project Engineers are qualified to achieve sales and services goals in creative and effective ways.
Manage professionally diverse employees through mentoring, coaching and skill development.t
Deliver persuasive technical sales presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting the relevant product features and benefits as well as the competitive advantages.
Drive the team to develop the technical skills and competencies necessary to meet and exceed the established objective.s
Responsible for the hiring, professional development and performance evaluation
Effectively monitoring and managing the projects (may be multiple) at the same time.me
Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on-site
Acts as liaison with Project Engineers, Senior Management on matters relating to engineering progress, quality, scope and technical issues.
A faster collaborative environment that encourages both individual and team accomplishments
Participate with Systems Engineers, Project Engineers and Sales team on customer calls that require a technical perspective (resolving product issues to smooth sales constraints)
Support Systems Engineers and Project Engineers in building and sustaining relationships with the technical influencers and decision makers as a liaison.
Ensure on-time completion of all engineering accountabilities

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (or) Master's Degree in Electronic/ Electrical Power
5+ years of experience in the related field
Computer literacy and proficiency in solar design software (e.g PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Myanmar and English) for client and team interactions
Proven experience leading engineering teams in project development
Specialized knowledge in breadth and depth of Solar Technology
Proven record of managing technical personnel
Must have an aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budget are met
Strong vendor and contractor management skills
Attention to detail for design reviews and quality control
Proven experience leading engineering teams in project development
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Sales etc.,)
Strong problem–solving and analytical skills
Must be well-versed in Project Management Skills
Supervises the Department's staff directly
Excellent conflict resolution and team-building skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Ability to go on business travel
