Respond to customer inquiries, service requests, and technical issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with service technicians and internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Follow up on service cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance guidance.
Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers or technical teams when necessary for product-related issues.
Support the sales team with product technical knowledge and after-sales information.
Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure service quality standards.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical service, after-sales support, or related field (fresh graduates with technical background may also apply).
Basic technical knowledge of plumbing, sanitary ware, or related products is an advantage.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email communication).
Customer service mindset and ability to handle service requests professionally.
Able to travel for service visits if required.
