Resolve technical issues related to inverter/non-inverter air conditioners and home appliances.
Personally handle or supervise installations for VIP customers and B2B projects, ensuring the highest quality.
Conduct field inspections and quality checks of installers’ work to ensure compliance with the company’s SLA and technical standards.
Provide on-the-job training and technical guidance to team members.
Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally to build trust in the brand.
Manage spare parts inventory and requirements for repairs.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 to 7 years of direct hands-on experience as a technician in the air conditioning and home appliance repair field.
Must be proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues for both inverter and non-inverter air conditioners.
Holder of AGTI/B.Tech (EP, EC, Mech) or high school graduate.
Must have leadership skills with the willingness to mentor and train others.
Strong customer service skills with patience and professionalism.
Must have a valid driving license and be physically fit.
Must be able to work on weekends or public holidays when required.
