  • Support Manager to prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales report
  • Check call plan, track daily/monthly sales and review customer detail (Sales, Sales Return, Receivable, Overdue)
  • Track and solve customer complaints and issues with Manager
  • Prepare sale plan and sales contribution for all sales zones
  • Prepare the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Assist Manager in hiring, training, and providing professional development for respective sale team
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time
