The role holder is responsible for collecting and analysing data across the business to make informed decisions or assist team members and head in making right decisions and preparing the presentation to senior management for trade business. And also monitoring the process of payments, administration, working knowledge of software and good organizational skill.

• Check of advanced analytics, reporting, Financial Data and BI Data to support decision making processes
• Perform day-to day operation of data matching and updating to BI platform
• Deliver business data description requirements to business units with accurate data points
• Collect and analysis of information including market data (local and global), competitive intelligence, & competitors’ activities
• Check and Analysis the accounting flow and collect reporting data amount
• Communicate with operational level for data collection and required documents
• Do detailed oriented with a lot of transactions with monthly, quarterly and yearly data base
• Identify any gaps in the data collection and analysis process and resolve them
• Present the reporting and analysis solutions to stakeholders in dashboards or alerts
• Have basic understanding of trade finance and corporate credit knowledge.

• Review contents of loan documents related to Trade Finance facility.

• Coordinate with RMs if any documents discrepancies and deviation.
• Check to create loan documents control log on system to keep a complete record
• Check to review Loan documents reviews whilst there is material regulations updates or amendments.
• Coordination amongst RMs, Trade Sales to facilitate credit facility utilization.
• Conduct credit limit booking and credit facility balance control on system whilst there is a transaction.
• Appropriate communications and coordination with Credit Dept.

• Equivalent to graduation from university with a degree in computer science, Economic and Statistics or Bachelor's Degree with Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in business Management
• Minimum (3) years to (4) years of experience working in banking field.
• Requires strong analytical, problem-solving skills, presentation skills and details orientated
• Good interpersonal relationship with internal and external colleges, with a willingness to help.
• Able to work well with an organization
• Technical knowledge & skills with strong Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Advance Excel, PowerPoint), Typing (English and Myanmar (Pyidaungsu))
• Able communication in English
• High working flexibility to drive the team goals
