Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Solve problems and help between customer and all A bank branches about Money Gram Remittance and CBM Net Remittance
  • Prepare transactions for daily Money Gram Remittance and MMK Remittance through CBM Net Remittance transactions.
  • Train and explain for Money Gram Remittance’s process to FLA-front line associate, the one who process the transaction at the counter.
  • Check e-mail from A bank branches and take action based on their request and reply them accordingly
  • Make transaction for Money Gram Remittance’s In-bound on-behalf of some A bank branches when internet connection is poor in branches
  • Prepare vouchers for daily Money Gram Remittance transactions
  • Handle telephone query for Money Gram Remittance including CBM Net Remittance
  • Preparing Money Gram Daily Reports, Daily Summary Report and CBM Daily Reports
  • Make monthly reports and CBM report for Money Gram when the end of the month
  • Performing in System testing to develop New Report with the help of IT Team.
  • Dealing with the Customer Complain
  • Check and sign on endorsement documents of TT payments
  • Check scanned documents of Inward and Outward TT payments against physical documents
  • Take action whenever assign from department head for any needful process

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Holder
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in related field
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication corporation, negotiation, problem solving and teamwork skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Good command of English communication skills is required
  • Internet and email skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
