PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To manage installation of signages and after-service responsibilities for trade marketing assets (repair, removal, and maintenance) through external supplier coordination, ensuring SLA compliance, accurate tracking, and timely reporting, including production and delivery of communication POSMs (Vinyl, Posters & Banners, etc.) and branded merchandised items to support trade marketing plans.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Coordinate with external suppliers for installation, repair and removal of signages
• Coordinate with external suppliers for repairs and maintenance of chillers and counters
• Manage removal requests for chillers, counters and signages, ensuring proper documentation and SEM/REP ticket closure
• Manage end-to-end SEM/REP tickets for asset-related issues (repair and removal) in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely completion of all repair and maintenance tasks
• Maintain real-time tracking of asset maintenance, removal and repair status
• Prepare monthly reports on asset health, supplier performance and SLA compliance
• Monitor SLA compliance for all repair and maintenance activities and escalate delays or quality issues as needed
• Coordinate with Channel Team for timely receipt of design files for production
• Liaise with printing suppliers for communication POSMs (vinyls, posters, banners, etc.) and branded merchandise items to ensure timely production and on-time delivery
• Support internal teams for event and activation requirements related to asset servicing
• Ensure compliance with audit guidelines for documentation and reporting

Education & Other Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in trade marketing execution and supplier management

Experience & Knowledge

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of asset tracking, signage installation and compliance processes
• Experience in project management against set deliverables
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload
