An Exciting Opportunity for ...

The Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the brand image of the company and drive sales through effective merchandising. This individual will work closely with and report to Brand & Merchandising Manager as well as cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure the brand message is effectively communicated to customers through all channels.

 

The Brand and Merchandising Executive will work closely with the Sales, Merchant and Agent teams to understand the requirements of the market, and then with Marketing to develop marketing solutions for brand visibility, POS and in-market activation challenges. This role is expected to drive best-in-class branding and POS for KBZPay/KBZ Bank, to make the brand stand out from the competition – for the merchants, and for the customers. 

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with the company's overall objectives

  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences, and use this information to guide product development and marketing initiatives

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure that all marketing materials and product packaging adhere to these guidelines

  • Work closely with senior marketing business partners and product development teams to ensure that new products are aligned with the company's brand identity and meet customer needs

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective merchandising strategies that maximise sales and enhance the customer experience

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust strategies as needed

  • Manage budgets for brand and merchandising initiatives, and ensure that all spending is aligned with the company's financial objectives

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and industry influencers

  • Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand and merchandising initiatives

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years working in trade or channel marketing role. Strong knowledge of BTL marketing.
  • Sales or relationship building experience beneficial
  • Proven ability to manage large scale distribution (nationwide)
  • Good English, fluent in Burmese and excellent overall communication skills
