Job Description

• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
• Draw and overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
• Deploy a wide variety of training methods
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
• Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and report on them
• Manage training budget
• Provide opportunities for ongoing development
• Resolve any specific problem and necessary training
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources or Related Fields
• At least 2 years experiences in Training Management especially in Microfinance Service ( If Possible)
• Fluent in Myanmar and fair in English 4 skills
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (monitoring, coaching, on - the job training or in classroom training, e-learning workshop, simulations etc...)
• Ability to plan,multi-task and manage time effectively
• Strong writing and record keeping ability for report and training manuals Good Computer and database skills
• Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivated.
