Job Description

This position will be responsible for...

  • Preparation of daily, weekly payments and bank transfers in a timely manner for payments
  • Handling ibanking error to make payment in times for claims
  • Maintaining, filing and handling payment records and documents
  • Coordination with banks
  • Daily, weekly, monthly data entry to the accounting system
  • Asist in monthly, quarterly and year end closing
  • Assist in management reporting and other finance functions
  • Assist in internal and external audit
  • Assist in withholding tax and other tax related matters and FESC approval
  • Working closely with other departments/teams for finance related areas
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field is a must
  • Additional certification (CPA or ACCA) is a plus.
  • Over 2 years of experience in the related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Business English is mandatory
