  • Develop and implement strategies for effective funding and capital allocation.
  • Monitor capital adequacy and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions and investors.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports related to capital and funding.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate foreign exchange and market risks.
  • Develop hedging strategies to minimize exposure.
  • Monitor currency and market movements, providing recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Develop long-term and short-term treasury plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
  • Monitor treasury operations and implement improvements for efficiency.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and risk assessments related to treasury activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in treasury management, risk management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of funding, capital management, FX, and market risk.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  1. CPA & ACCA are a plus.
