Ascend International School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice Principal (Senior Division) to lead and oversee our upper secondary academic programs. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in ensuring academic excellence, examination readiness, and university pathway success for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Senior Division (A-Level, O Level – Edexcel, OSSD & GED).
• Ensure oversees curriculum implementation aligns with Edexcel examination board standards and ensures teaching quality through observations and data analysis
• Supervise and evaluate teaching staff to maintain high instructional quality.
• Monitor academic performance, student progress, and examination outcomes.
• Oversee external examination registrations, compliance, and documentation.
• Foster a disciplined, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
• Support students in university preparation and academic pathway planning.
• Collaborate with the Principal on school improvement and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in a private or international school setting.
• Strong knowledge of Edexcel curriculum and examination systems.
• Experience managing A-Level, O Level, OSSD, GED, or equivalent senior programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong commitment to academic excellence and student achievement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and school management systems.
