A computer teacher is responsible for helping students develop basic computer skills and understand technology concepts. They may teach classes in computing, programming, coding, software applications, hardware, and other related topics.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning lessons and activities that facilitate students' acquisition of basic and advanced computer skills.
• Instructing in a manner that develops students' confidence in their abilities.
• Observing and managing classroom dynamics.
• Invigilating and grading projects, quizzes, and examinations.
• Tracking and communicating students' advancement throughout the course.
• Downloading important software updates and maintaining hardware.
• Attending parent-teacher and faculty conferences.
• Teaching students how to use different computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Evaluating new computer technologies and applications and making recommendations about their use in the classroom.
• Designing lesson plans that incorporate technology into instruction. 

• Graduate from any university or IT certificate holders
• ICT related teaching experience (at least 3 years)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and self-motivated skills
• Intermediate level in English Language Proficiency
• Nurturing, adaptable approach to instructing.
• Passionate about fostering computer literacy and academic excellence.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
