Job Title: Video Content Creator

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Video Content Creator to lead the end-to-end video production process. This role involves everything from content ideation and script development to shooting and editing engaging videos that resonate with Gen Z audiences. You will be responsible for producing high-impact content that drives brand awareness across platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full video production cycle: content ideation, scriptwriting, shooting, and editing.

• Produce 2–3 short-form videos per day (50–60 videos per month) across multiple platforms.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create video content that aligns with brand goals and campaign strategies.

• Stay up to date with social media trends and develop at least 5 trend-driven or viral concept videos per week.

• Plan and produce event highlight videos within 3 days after each event.

• Ensure content diversity across educational, promotional, and entertainment formats.

• Support and mentor junior content creators when necessary.

• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards and production quality.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Flexibility required for event days and content deadlines.

Salary Range:

• 700,000 MMK to 1,000,000 MMK per month (Based on experience and qualifications).

• Plus 13th-Month Bonus and Annual Company Trip (Local or Overseas, based on business decision).

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent working experience).

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in video content creation and social media production.

• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.

• Deep understanding of short-form content formats and Gen Z engagement trends.

• Excellent visual storytelling and scriptwriting skills.

• Strong time management and project organization skills to meet daily content production goals.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends during major campaigns and events.
