.Edit and produce compelling short-form videos optimized for various social media platforms.
· Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts for social media campaigns.
· Source and organize footage (stock assets, user-generated content, raw clips).
· Incorporate dynamic motion graphics, text animations, sound design, and music to enhance storytelling.
· Ensure all video content is on-brand, consistent in style, and high quality.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, editing styles, and platform features.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Assist with other video-related tasks as needed.

· 1-2 years of experience in video editing (can include internships, freelance work, or personal projects).
  · A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating your skills in short-form video editing.
  · Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Capcut and AI video editing tools. Familiarity with Photoshop is a plus.
  · A keen eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
  · Understanding of social media video specs and best practices for TikTok, Instagram, etc.
  · A passion for social media and internet culture.
  · Basic knowledge of color correction and audio mixing.
  · Experience with creating basic motion graphics and animations.
  · Understanding of what makes content "viral."
  · Ability to shoot basic video on a smartphone or DSLR.
