Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of warehouse activities.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities: Tue-Sat

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock audits, reconciliations, and cycle counts.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Train new warehouse staff and support ongoing employee development and performance monitoring.
• Assist in implementing and improving warehouse processes and systems to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and logistics to coordinate supply chain activities.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed, ensuring proper maintenance and safety.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Flexibility to work different shifts or weekends when required.
