Ground Operations Management

• Manage inbound/outbound DC operations, ensuring efficient receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, and delivery of diverse retail SKUs.
• Enforce SOPs to support fast-paced retail turnover.

Stock Management & Inventory Control

• Conduct stock checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Resolve discrepancies and manage slow-moving/obsolete stock.

Space Utilization & Optimization

• Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum space and efficiency.
• Implement improvements to enhance flow and productivity.

Staff Supervision & Manpower Planning

• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Plan manpower needs and manage attendance, leave, and discipline.

5S & Warehouse Safety

• Enforce 5S principles and safety protocols.
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain a hazard-free environment.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track KPIs and generate performance reports.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.

Equipment & Facilities Management

• Oversee equipment and facility upkeep to ensure smooth operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations.
• Proven experience within a retail distribution environment or relevant.
• Well understand WMS (Warehouse Management System)
