Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage and oversee all operations of the Warehouse Department.

  • Coordinate effectively with Order Received, Stock In/Out, Inventory Control (IC), QC and Logistics Teams.

  • Ensure stock accuracy, stock security, and smooth overall product flow.

  • Enforce and adhere to Warehouse Policies, SOPs, Internal Control procedures, and 5S standards.

  • Manage stock variances, damaged goods, stock losses, overstock items, and non-moving items.

  • Conduct monthly stock counts and prepare management reports.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with Purchase, Sales, Accounting, Audit, and All Branch.

  • Overview team performance, set KPIs, and conduct training for warehouse staff.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant educational qualification.

  • Good knowledge of Excel, POS and inventory management systems.

  • Ability to analyze stock data and prepare reports.

  • Knowledge of stock control and inventory procedures.

  • Experience with mobile phone spare parts or related products is an advantage.

  • Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

  • Good leadership and teamwork skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

  •  Ability to work effectively with different departments.
