• Maintain receiving, warehousing and processing of incoming stock and materials.
• Control daily grain stocks, including measuring moisture.
• Prepare daily report for grain, rice in silo and warehouse management.    
• Manage the warehouse and storage of all materials.
• Coming up with effective strategies to enhance the organization's financial health.
• Evaluate the performance of the assigned employees, delivering positive and or negative feedback and addressing any shortcomings.
• Develope strategies to improve department metrics and performance.
• Make sure the goods in the warehouses are not lost and take care of it so as not to damage.
• Set Up layout plan and ensure space utilization, smart piling.
• Know the quaility of paddy, rice, broken rice, by products and fumigation and regular fogging.
• Know the piling and how to count and check the stocks.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Need good relationship between every departments and toll millers.
