Job Summary
Experienced Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations in Mingaladon, Yangon. You will oversee inventory accuracy, team performance, storage efficiency, and dispatch flow to support smooth trading and distribution activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure safe, efficient, and disciplined work practices.
• Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular inventory checks, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and procurement teams to ensure on-time delivery and smooth flow.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization, handling procedures, and equipment usage to improve productivity.
• Enforce safety, security, and quality standards in all warehouse activities and reporting.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in trading or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse systems, and stock reconciliation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to manage team performance, deadlines, and operational priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or WMS systems is an advantage.
• Must be based in Yangon or able to work in Mingaladon area.
