Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Oversee total daily receiving (WR/GRN), stock issuance (GIN), and dispatch operations for both Tender and Media divisions.
Manage daily delivery scheduling, route planning (Way Plans), cargo loading, and gate-pass workflows to maintain high delivery accuracy.
Supervise Quality Control (QC) inspection standards, specialized project packing, and damage prevention protocols.
Monitor stock accuracy using ERP/warehouse software, ledger systems, vouchers, and Bin Cards.
Manage direct semi-production intake/outflow tracking, stock returns, and monthly/project-based stock counts.
Lead internal and external inventory audits, investigate stock discrepancies, and report findings to top management (BOM) and Finance.
Optimize delivery routes and overall supply chain operations to achieve maximum cost savings.
Control vehicle usage, transport expenses, and packaging accessory consumption records.
Lead, direct, and support Warehouse Supervisors, Leaders, QC, and Delivery personnel.
Provide continuous operational training on packing procedures, delivery processes, and customer service standards.
Work directly with BOD/BOM, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Tender, Supply Chain, HR & Admin, Designer, and Vehicle departments.
Handle customer complaints promptly and maintain smooth communication with external suppliers.
Ensure real-time operational updates across internal communication channels (Viber/Email).
Prepare and submit Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Stock & Operations Performance Reports to BOD/GM.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
5 to 8 years of total warehouse/logistics experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory capacity (Tender and Media logistics experience is preferred).
Proficient in ERP systems, Ledger/Voucher inventory tracking, MS Excel, and audit methodologies.
Strong leadership, budget management, problem-solving, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
