Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
Ensure accurate inventory records and maintain proper stock control.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and investigate stock discrepancies.
Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of goods according to company procedures.
Coordinate with purchasing, sales, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages and overstocking.
Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, security, and compliance with company policies.
Prepare and submit warehouse reports, including inventory, stock movement, and operational performance.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, optimize storage space, and control operating costs.
