Principle Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and implement annual student recruitment and enrollment strategies aligned with the school’s growth targets for each of the campus.
• Set and monitor KPIs for admissions performance, lead conversions, and customer service delivery.
• Report regularly on enrollment metrics, forecast trends, and propose data-driven actions to leadership.
Team Management
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of admissions professionals across multiple campuses.
• Facilitate professional development for the admissions team through training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews.
• Ensure accountability and performance standards through regular check-ins, team meetings, and progress evaluations.
Enrollment and Client Experience
• Oversee the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring a seamless and efficient journey from inquiry to enrollment.
• Manage high-stakes or escalated client interactions and resolve complex concerns with professionalism.
• Establish and refine SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for admissions, tours, assessments, and onboarding.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Academic Heads to align admission assessments and placement processes.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine campaign strategies based on lead quality, conversion rates, and client behavior.
• Provide insights and feedback to senior leadership for continuous improvement in academic offerings and service delivery.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
• Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer expectations to maintain competitiveness.
• Recommend changes to tuition fee structures, packages, and scholarship programs based on market intelligence.
System & Reporting Oversight
• Ensure accurate and timely input of lead and enrollment data into the CRM system.
• Lead the development and optimization of CRM usage across the admissions team to track the full student journey.
• Produce monthly and quarterly admissions performance reports, with actionable insights.
Event Strategy & Execution
• Oversee planning and execution of school open houses, education fairs, and parent engagement events.
• Ensure follow-up procedures are implemented post-event to maximize lead conversion and community engagement.
Other Duties
• Represent the school at high-level events and partnership meetings.
• Contribute to organizational planning and decision-making as a member of the leadership team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Leadership Team.
