1. To oversee demand planning, supply planning, and raw material call-offs to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent supply shortages.

2. To formulate and execute short-, medium-, and long-term sourcing strategies for Myanmar that enhance cost efficiency, product quality, and supplier service levels.

3. To manage the FG supply plan to meet business service requirements and provide weekly and monthly updates to relevant teams. Ensure warehouse support and proactively identify and resolve supply challenges in collaboration with cross-functional teams..

4. To coordinate with the Thailand sourcing unit to manage import shipments and monitor PM supplier performance. Optimize stock levels to maximize customer service and minimize operational waste.

5. To motivate, coach, and develop team members to enhance capabilities and drive continuous improvement.

6. To facilitate understanding of planning and procurement processes and provide hands-on coaching as needed to support team and cross-functional learning.

7. To perform other related responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Science, Packaging, Chemical Engineering, or other related fields
• Experience in planning and procurement management per Group Category, Project management skill, Negotiation skill, Problem solving skill, People management
• Leadership skill in FMCG firm, interpersonal skill and ability to manage multiple task, ability to generate innovation idea and project to achieve, high sense of urgency, good command in English is preferable 
• Advanced in Inventory Management & Optimization, Procurement Negotiation, Contract Management, Sourcing and Supplier Selection/Management, Capacity Planning & Demand Management
