A Good Opportunity for ..

The Solution Specialist (i-Banking/m-Banking) is responsible for solution delivery of KBZ internet and mobile banking products.    

  • Provide technical and functional support to execute business plans to deliver exceptional digital experience to clients on the Digital Platforms such us KBZ’s internet and mobile banking.
  • Provide system support for any operational projects or products.
  • Support for troubleshooting the operation issues of the banking products.
  • Coordinate with the Products and Technology teams to develop and test innovative Digital Banking products and solutions.
  • Conduct UAT and construct Test Case, Testing Report and User Guide.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and related experience.
  • 2-years’ experience in Banking Sector or a related field.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of Remittance and Online Banking Systems.
  • Excellent Analytical skills and Critical Thinking.
  • Ability to work independently to drive the results.
  • Display a high-level of ownership and superior work ethic.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
  • Excellent communication skill and presentation skill (English verbal and written)
