Soft Skill Trainer - Deputy Manager is required to 

  • To make the training master plan based on both of TNA and organization needs  to ensure  they can achieve the  organization's goals .        
  • To design & develop effective customized training modules and materials which supports the improvement of overall business results.        
  • To support outsource program when necessary for compentency skill related courses.        
  • To conduct the training programs by using updated training methologies and teaching aids.        
  • To review the training effectiveness and report the trainees' improvement  to the management.    
  • To conduct Orientation Program for new comers to understand JO related knowledge if needed.    
  • To perform the ad-hoc assigned tasks and trainings  from Management request.         
  • To  present the training programs using online learning platform (Group discussion , Lecture, Audios and Videos)        
  • To be able to travel within Myanmar  to conduct the training if needed.        
  • To collaborate with other departments and teams.        
  • To Report directly to training manager         
  • Understanding the trainees' behavior        
  • Able to communicate and interact well with all levels in the orgainization        
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to handle interfaces with different functions        
  • Ability to work as a team        
  • Proactive and self -motivation.        
  • Passion for Continuous Learning

  • Proficient in English ( intermediate level)
  • Qualification in Business Administration or any other relavant subject  (Bachelor Degree & Above)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development field especially for soft- skills. 
  • Preferred to have experience in  personal development area and customer service.
