Review, check, and process expenditure-related documents, invoices, and payment requests.
Verify supporting documents before processing payments.
Support in preparing expenditure reports for management review
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Maintain records of payments and reconciliations with vendors.
Prepare and post journal entries related to expenditure transactions, accruals, and adjustments.
Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Professional certification (LCCI- Level-3, ACCA part 1) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Experience in preparing journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Good attitude with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
Proven ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
