To develop, implement operational procedures to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
To manage daily operations in the warehouse and delivery services department, ensuring efficient warehousing and distribution processes, high service quality, and prompt customer satisfaction.
To implement and enforce workplace safety as a fundamental element of operational standards, thereby ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.
To promote employee excellence through proactive recruitment, effective discipline, rigorous performance evaluations, and continuous training to foster ongoing improvement and professional growth.
To monitor and operational metrics, establish KPIs, devise optimization strategies aligned with departmental budgets and corrective action plans during monthly review meetings to drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency improvements.
To oversee scheduled maintenance for delivery vehicles and material handling equipment to ensure operational readiness.
To maintain storage areas within specific temperature ranges, actively managing air-conditioned rooms, chilled rooms, and freezer rooms for ensuring optimal storage conditions for sensitive goods and materials.
To manage cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled transportation by preventing temperature excursions, overseeing the preparation of thermal packaging solutions.
To engage with clients/customers to address their requests and provide expert guidance on our warehouse and distribution service, fostering strong client relationships and satisfaction.
To collaborate with the business development team to address inquiries for truck rentals and other transportation services, ensuring seamless coordination and effective service delivery to meet client needs.
To manage cleaning, pest control, security, and mechanical/electrical maintenance, while also overseeing temperature and humidity control measures with uphold facility standards and operational efficiency.
To communicate with third-party service providers for transportation, pest control, and cleaning services, while also liaising with suppliers for packaging materials, fleet supplies, and general supplies, ensuring seamless logistics and procurement operations to support efficient warehouse management.
To undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned, aimed at enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations within the warehouse and delivery services department.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Any Graduate (Prefer Medical Field)
Preferably Diploma in Logistics and supply chain management
Minimum 8-10 years of warehouse & distribution management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Advanced proficiency in logistics and supply chain software and technologies essential for optimizing operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
