Head of Department is taking responsible for the eﬀective delivery and assessment of the courses for all main programmes running under the university. Control and monitor day to day operations , and need to develop good management and teamwork within assersors. Report back to the Principal and collaborate with the management team.

At least Master Graduate, PhD are preferred for Head position
Must have 5 years teaching experience
Good interpersonal and communication skill

Ability to work with a team
