1. Responsible for effective recruitment functions for all Business Units and conduct job interviews for all job positions;

2. Performing efficiently, accountability and in compliance with the Business Development Team Policies, Government Rules and Regulations;

3. Leading initiatives that will further strengthen the improvement of internal HR support function and its procedures;

4. Provide professional suggestions for JD and JS development of all positions by coordinating with Line Managers;

5. CV Screening, Conducting interview and exit interviews, effective on boarding process and procedure

6. Provide the Payroll service on monthly basic;

7. Perform other duties as assigned by HR Manager.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

1. Any Bachelor Degree with HR related diploma/certificate

2 .At least 2 or 3 years experience in HR professional.

3. Age under 30 years old. -

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Self-motivated, committed and able to work independently. -

5. Able to manage high volume workload on a consistent basis.

6. Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, Job Interviewing skills, Analytical skills.
