2. Preparing Employment Contract and HR related documents.
3. Record staffs attendance, leave and prepar monthly report
4. Support payroll process.
5. Mantain and update employee reocrds (Both digital and physical)
6. Facilitate employee engagement activities and training arrangement
7. Support implementation of HR policies and procedures and assist in preparing report, documents.
8. Issue Staff Uniform, Staff identity cards for permanent staffs
9. Update the staff personal file for monthly
10. Maintain documents filing system and handle confidential documents properly.
