An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage recruitment, selection, and employee orientation processes.
  • Assign duties, monitor, and evaluate employees to foster an active workplace.
  • Handle employee development and problem-solving activities.
  • Design and implement training plans according to staff needs.
  • Liaise with relevant government offices as required.
  • Maintain employee records and conduct performance evaluations to enhance staff capabilities.
  • Manage HR processes including payroll, attendance, leave, overtime, and staff uniforms.
  • Resolve employee relations and HR matters effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned from time to time.
  • Coordinate with team members to achieve the restaurant’s goals and objectives efficiently.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Certificate or Diploma in HR-related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management.
  • F&B industry background preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in HR documentation and processes.
