Update and checking employee daily attendance, leave, late and absent.
Well manage and monitor internal HR systems and databases, maintain employee information collection, analysis and reporting.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Provide counseling on HR policies and procedures within the organization.
Lead the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, post ads, screening and hiring process.
Development implement HR policies for the company.
Sourcing condidate for vacancies (External/internal).
Support the management of disciplinary, grievance issues, employee benefits related complaints as necessary.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the directors depending on the urgent and important needs.

- Any graduate
- Minimum 2 years of professional working experience in HR background.
- Ability to use MS office especially,internet and E-mail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
